Glossy Coat is the best product ever that my…
Glossy Coat is the best product that my 12 years old golden retriever ever tried. He suffered from a really bad skin condition for months, he lost lots of hair, his coat was extremely dry and no shiny at all. Thank's god I discovered the Glossy Coat and I was already satisfied when I saw it's made about natural and healthy ingredients. Since my golden takes it his coat is so shiny, healthy and soft and so much hair grew back already. Glossy Coat works like an unbelievable miracle. I highly recommend it and 100% will order again and again!! xxx

Joint Plus is also a really good product tested by my 12 years old golden retriever.

Healthspan products prices are affordable and works all the time. Me and my doggo we are both so greatful, thank you!

Excellent products but frustrating subscriptions
Excellent products but frustrating subscription service. I have four products on subscription and I have tried numerous times to alter the frequency of the deliveries. You amend your subscription and a message tells you that it can take 24 hours for changes to take effect. You check the next day and nothing has changed. You contact customer service who say they have done the change and it is all sorted. Then, when you are not expecting them, a couple of boxes pop through your letter box. You check online and realise the changes never happened. I now have 9 months supply of Evening Primrose and 6 months of Flaxseed plus 4 months each of Multivitamins and Garlic. I have put my subscriptions on hold to allow this excess to go but we shall see if the option to suspend subscriptions works!

I have been a customer for about for…
I have been a customer for about for about 25 years. Lately their delivery service is awful.
On the 1st of June I placed an order of 4 items(total about £ 55.00.
I am still waiting for "Super 20 pro"I was told they had "issues "with this products.( I still get offers for this item)Last week I was told they would send it by "first class". I am still waiting. and I would be refunded. I have not seen my credit card statement yet. There is a Holland & Barrot where I live

HEALTHSPAN HAVE CANCELLED ENERGEX PLUS TABLETS WHICH WILL REALLY AFFECT MY LIFE. PEOPLE WITH ME CHRONIC FATIGUE AND LONG COVID RELY ON ENERGEX PLUS TABLETS AND NOW THE RUG HAS BEEN PULLED AWAY. Luckily I have the packaging and have ordered individually ingredients on Amazon... So see how it goes. Am really p..... off with HEALTHSPAN and will examine what else I can cancel with them. Many of the call centre employees don't know what they're talking about.

Beware It's taken you a month to reply you…
It's taken you a month to reply you don't check updates still haven't received returns label you have my address email or you wouldn't of been able to send products or emails so after a month of non communications lets quit send no more and I no longer have item to return

Good products, terrible customer service and delivery
After another bad experience, it's time to share. Healthspan's approach to customer service appears to be "wait until the customer notices we haven't dispatched an item, let them contact us, and then we'll reveal there is a delay". The word "proactive" literally means noting to them. For the second time now, this has happened to me on the same product I am subscribed to. It makes a mockery of a subscription if a product is delayed and you are not informed meaning you run out of product with no warning to source an alternative. Dreadful service and delivery. I'm looking to cancel and go elsewhere

UPDATE - 1 week later, with no further communication, I ignored the offer of emailing the person who responded to this review, and called them. Still not dispatched, still hadn't kept me informed of the delay. Claimed they were having to manually work through all orders and convert them 1x60 tablet pack to 2x30 packs and so didn't have time to call or email all affected customers. Have they actually heard of automated stock control software that could email all affected customers automatically when items are out of stock. I'm beginning to think this is a company run from a corner shop by 2 people. Time to move to the completion I think

Very disappointed…..
I received a faulty (as agreed by Healthspan) batch of Sea Buckthorn & Omega 7 capsules. When I pressed the capsule from the foil pack, the capsule burst which caused a spray of bright orange oil to to go the full length of my duvet cover. Not only the duvet cover, but the ceiling as well! I sent an email and supporting photos to Healthspan explaining what had happened, requesting reimbursement for my now ruined duvet cover, but also saying we would take care of the repair to the ceiling. They have refused, offering advice such as don’t open capsules that might cause damage to personal property. Where is that advice on their packaging! Wherever I had opened it, the damage to the ceiling would still have happened!
They have referred me to section 20 of Terms & Conditions, but of course the wording is so technical it is hard to understand. I was only asking for £39, but despite admitting the capsule was faulty and asking for the batch number and expiry date, they have still refused to reimburse me. I have been a loyal customer of Healthspan over many years, and can’t fault their customer service and delivery times until this point. There is a lot of competition out there, and I will now be switching my custom elsewhere.
Was that worth £39 Healthspan? Bad press and a lost customer.

Too much plastic
I am going to stop using healthspan until they change their packaging. They use blister packs meaning every single vitamin is surrounded by plastic and tin foil. This is so environmentally unfriendly and is unsustainable.

Decent products. Rubbish delivery. Do not order
Decent products, but the UK delivery is so slow. I still haven't received my product. Appalling. I ordered them several times in the past and they have been slow, but not this slow. I will not be using this company again. It is not worth the time, or the hassle. We the cost of living crisis, you money is more important than ever, so waste it on this company.

I stopped taking glucosamine for a…
I stopped taking glucosamine for a while and noticed a steady decline in movement in my hands and neck.
I started ordering Healthspans quality glucosamine product again. Within a week I noticed a huge improvement.
I will not be foolish again and will learn from my mistakes.
Their glucosamine products are superb and work effectively in giving you a better quality of life.

Hello,
We are still unable to log into the website from any of our devices?
Happily used the products for many years but this issue has been ongoing for several weeks now and is very frustrating.
Some idea of when this will be resolved would be appreciated.
